KITES was established in January 2010 as a dedicated sole proprietorship firm with a clear core objective - to deliver reliable, high-quality, cost-effective and secure software solutions. Driven by continuous innovation and an expanding portfolio of successful projects, the firm experienced steady business growth. To support its expanding operations and fulfill statutory milestones, KITES formally registered under Service Tax in 2016, transitioning seamlessly into the GST framework in 2017 with GSTIN 33ABHPT7512J1ZG.

Today, KITES specialises in delivering tailor-made, web-based software solutions across the Web and ITES sectors. Powered by a young and energetic team equipped with creative problem-solving skills and deep technical expertise, the firm is built to tackle modern digital challenges.

KITES is guided by industry leadership bringing over 29 years of extensive expertise in web development. This founding leadership also drives Kiran ITES, which has been delivering robust websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise portals since 1997, serving domestic and a diverse global clientele across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and the UK.

FOUNDER

Our founder, Mr. Tamilarasu V, brings unique blend of strategic business acumen, technical leadership, and behavioral insights to the organisation. He laid his academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in 1988, followed by a Master of Commerce (M.Com) in 1990 through traditional campus education. Decidedly bridging the gap between business and technology, he earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Management (PGDCM) in 1991, mastering foundational programming paradigms in various programming languages before transitioning into web technologies.

Committed to continuous professional development, he later expanded his core leadership competencies via advanced distance learning, acquiring an MBA in Human Resources alongside an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology. This powerful combination of robust software fundamentals, strategic enterprise management, and organisational psychology has made him a highly sought-after industry advisor, driving numerous high-impact consultancy projects and shaping the technical vision behind KITES.
